Record Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement
With respect to all visual depictions displayed on this *Website, whether of actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual content or otherwise, all persons in said visual depictions were at least 18 years of age when said visual depictions were created.
The owners and operators of this *Website are not the primary producer (as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. section 2257) of any of the visual content contained in the *Website. The original records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 for all visual depictions displayed on this *Website are held by the primary producer. Karrigan Design has licenses for use of all visual depictions from the primary producer. In addition we maintain copies of the original records as provided to us by the primary producer. The custodian of these records is Karrigan Design. The physical location of these records is in a locked, security monitored records storage facility located in Florida 32609. Because Karrigan Design operates in virtual office environment with no set published hours of operation, to be compliant to the 2257 inspections requirement, inspection of our 2257 records will be made available Tuesday thru Friday from 9am to 3pm local Gainesville Florida time. To gain access to the records storage facility requires a phone call to the Custodian of records Karrigan Design at 352-283-8296.
