What does a call cost? - The cost of the call is $1.75 a min with a 10 min minimum.
What Credit cards do you accept? Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX
How will the call show up on my credit card bill? Our sweethearts will give you that information before your card is billed.
Do you accept Debit cards? - Yes if they are the Visa or Master Card logo debit cards.
Do you accept Checks on line? No
Can you bill my telephone? - No
Do you accept cash or money orders? - Yes money orders are preferred. Please contact the administrator@phonesexsweethearts.com for mailing instructions and include the girls name.We are not responsible for lost or stolen cash or money orders. Please use some form of tracking to insure your payment reaches us.
Note: Calls will not be done until the $ has been received.
Can I prepay for a call? Yes You can prepay using your credit card or cash / money order.
Can we do 2 (group) girl calls? Sure. Just let the girl know that you are interested in doing a 2 girl call. They will set it up. You will be charged for 2 calls, one by each girl.
Are there subjects that are off limits? Each girl has her likes and dislikes. If you are into something that you think she might have a problem with just ask up front. If she isnt into it she can possibly direct you the best girl for you.
Can we buy the girl's panties ? - By all means. Ask the girls how you do this
Are we allowed to send gifts? By all means! These girls love getting gifts from their special callers. Please email me at administrator@phonesexsweethearts.com for mailing instructions and include the girls name you are purchasing the gift for.
What if I am not happy with a call ? Contact us at CustomerService@phonesexsweethearts.com, or by telephone 352-283-8296 and provide the date and time of the call, who it was with and why you are unhappy with the call. Upon review you will be credited for the call or provided with a free call with another girl. Its your choice.
Is my credit card information secure? Yes! Your credit card information is processed thru a secure gateway, your information is never shared by any phone girls or administration of this company.
What if I have a question about my credit card bill ? Call the billing department at 352-283-8296
